Short Staffed

I have been working as a seafarer for over 10 years now. I love the sea, and the pay is good - so I am quite happy with it. The big thing that keeps bothering me - is overwork. The ships manpower always is less, we are constantly short-staffed, and I am constantly working more than I should or can. I know profits are important, but some form of balancing work-life even while we are on the ship will be great.
