Lonliness

I've been really struggling with loneliness on board my ship. The rest of the crew all hang out together and don't tend to involve me. I feel really isolated at the moment.

Abuse

My manager keeps shouting at me during work. It makes me feel really scared and I'm not sure how to stick up for myself.

Constant Contract Worries

My company constantly ignore my questions about contract situation. They do not answer when i will be placed or if i placed. They call just days before my placement. I can't make plans about my life, i can't travel because i am waiting them to call everyday. I know that ships doesn't always have definite plans but i want to get an answer when i call crew managment personel. I live in constant worry about my career and it's causing me anxiety. I can't go to a therapist because if they know they will fire me, that's the company policy!
